Facial masks are the ideal way to keep your face, young, fresh and clean.
There are masks with a cleansing, calming or soothing and moisturizing effect.
With a mask off temporarily close your skin. So you stimulate the circulation.
A mask not only cleanses the skin but also soothes and calms.
In your own kitchen you will find the right ingredients for the perfect face.
For oily / acne prone skin types
Banana Mask
Ingredients:
A ripe banana
An orange
A tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
Mix the banana with honey.
Add a few drops of juice from the orange and divide the mixtures over your face.
Leave on for 15 minutes and then wash well with a warm washcloth.
For dry, chapped skin
Avocado honey mask
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup honey
Preparation:
Put the avocado in the blender and mix it afterwards with honey.
Divide the mixture between the skin and leave for 10 minutes.
Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. The leftovers can remove with a washcloth.
For all skin types
Protein Mask
Ingredients:
Two proteins in a bowl separate from the yolk
Two tablespoons of yogurt
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and spread it over your face.
Leave it for a few minutes.
Rinse your face with lukewarm water and then thoroughly remove the leftovers with a warm washcloth.
