The Writer in me....

As a young girl, my mother took me quite often along to the library. There was always a book to read because I loved reading. On my eighth, my mother taught me to write Sranantongo. (Sranantongo is a creole language originated in Suriname)
I was good at writing essays in school but never dared to take part in a writing competition. My level of writing was above the level of my peers. Nevertheless, writing became one of my hobbies. It is the best way to express my chaotic thoughts and to determine my priorities.
I started blogging nearly three years ago and it has become something like the "secret" passion in my life. I do not enjoy telling people about my personal blog, because it feels very scary to let them know about my fears and insecurities. It usually takes a while before I can talk about it in a comfortable way. I would rather write and have no public, but like all the other writers I want to leave my mark. Writing is important in the development of a number of human skills, including attention, concentration, memory, organizational skills and the application of methodology. Anyone can be a writer. But how can you now ensure that you are a good writer and that everyone likes to read what you write? You can do a course or training where you learn the tricks.
WRITING AND READING: TWO INDEPENDENT SKILLS
Both of these skills are connected to each other, because they are the result of the mental process of the encoding and decoding of information in the brains. Not writing well, may have an impact on the ability to read. This produces difficulties to understand the text, the context of the words and phrases, as well as the spelling of the words in the text . Also, problems with writing or the absence of an automatic control do remain behind the human being. And that can have an impact on the ability to make notes, which can also lead to difficulty in concentration
Bad habits are hard to break, so it's important to learn to write well from the very beginning. Preferably every day. Actually, you can start at any time “to be a writer “. Choose a topic you would like to write about and you just start. If you write once, you will have no chance to develop yourself.
If you practice a lot, you will learn naturally what you are good at. Let your parents or a friend read it. Do not write too simple, but certainly not too hard for good stories.
Important tip: always write without making mistakes! 😉 If you have written a real book, of course you would prefer that it be published.
